• 1. Two photo copies (duly attested) of Matric Diploma.
• 2. Two photo copies (duly attested) of BA/B. Sc./B.Com or equivalent examination passed (Degree or Provisional certificate).
• 3. Two photo copies (duly attested) of marks card of 1st, 2nd & 3rd year degree examination.
• 4. Two photo copies (duly attested) of State Subject (For J&K domicile only).
• 5. Two photo copies (duly attested) of category certificate) (For candidates seeking admission under any reserved category).

• 1. All the original documents from serial number 1 to 5 as stated above.
• 2. Original discharge certificate from the institution last attended along with two photo copies of the same duly attested. No candidate will be admitted in absence of this certificate.
• 3. Migration certificate in original alongwith two photocopies of the same duly attested (For candidate other than J &K State Board of Education).
• 4. An affidavit to the effect that the category certificate is genuine. (In case admission is granted under any reserved category)
• 5. An affidavit for the gap period (education gap) if any as per specimen attached at Appendix'A" (Applicable to those candidates who have passed10+2 examination before the current year.
• 6. Eligibility Form:(Students coming from other than Jammu province shall fill up the eligibility form of this University and submit the same to the College along with prescribed University fee)
• 7. Eight recent passport size coloured photographs.

The Admission Committee shall have the right to cancel the admission of any student who fails to produce the requisite documents/fees within the prescribed time after admission.

As per Jammu University statutes and Bar Council of India Rules governing 5years Law Course, a student has to attend minimum of75% of lectures delivered in the classes to be eligible to appear in any term examination failing which he/she will not be permitted to appear in the examination.

A student admitted to 5 year Law Course in any of the affiliated College shall not be permitted to have migration while pursuing the course to the Dept .of Law University of Jammu and vice versa.
